Client Responsibilities

  • Consent:

    • Participation in any session implies consent to receive treatment. Clients have the right to withdraw consent or request modifications at any time during the session.

  • Arrival and Punctuality:

    • Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for the session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to accommodate subsequent appointments.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment:

    • Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Packages or memberships are available for purchase and must be paid in full upfront.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

    • We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and future services may be refused.

  • Data Protection:

    • Personal data collected during booking and sessions is stored securely and used solely for the purposes of providing services and improving client experience.
